About Us

Dick uses his management experience in the financial and retirement fields in our dealings with senior retirement insurances. He has a Master’s Degree in Management and Administration, and Advanced Treasury Management from the Wharton School of Business, and has over 35 years of management experience. Dick’s focus is on 

identifying issues and solving those issues utilizing technology and other resources.

Leah Jackson, RN, MSN

Leah is the daughter of Dick and Theresa Larsen. She has been in the medical field for 18 years and has been a nurse for over 10 years. Her clinical experience includes: ICU, Urgent Care, Corrections, OR, Home Health, Interventional Radiology, and Aesthetics. She has recently completed her Master's Degree in Nursing with an emphasis on Leadership. Leah has had a desire for many years to join her parents and become a Medicare Insurance Consultant/Specialist.

Theresa has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and over 20 years of management experience. Her focus is on identifying issues and working on solutions to those issues. With over 15 years of experience specifically with Medicare. She has special knowledge of Medicare solutions and provides excellent service to those ages 65 and over.

Jovon Roe

Jovon is a dear friend of the Larsen family. He has a Bachelor Degree in Business. He has been a Sales Manager for several years and recently took a leap of faith changing his career pursuing a passion of wanting to help people.
